Leora Lutz is an artist, art educator, and writer who grew up in Los Angeles before relocating to the Bay Area in 2011. She received an MFA+MA in sculpture and visual and critical studies from California College of the Arts (CCA). Prior to arriving in the Bay Area, Lutz’s professional experience includes over twelve years in museum and gallery communications and programming for The Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, Riverside Art Museum, and the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs to name a few. She is a critical art writer for several print and online national and international magazines, and also has an interdisciplinary studio practice. Lutz is also an artist guide at the House.
