Planning Your Visit

The David Ireland House at 500 Capp Street, located in San Francisco’s Mission District and widely celebrated as one of the West Coast’s finest examples of a home that was transformed into an environmental artwork, sits on the corner of 20th Street and Capp Street.

Walking through The David Ireland House takes visitors up one flight of stairs with a handrail. An elevator is available for visitors who use a mobility aid or are unable to climb the stairs. Please feel free to contact us with questions at visit@500cappstreet.org so we can best accommodate your visit.
